We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about building and nurturing online communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
  • Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
  • Must love social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account that you want to share)
  • A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
  • Must have experience in Community Management & the US market
  • Must be well-versed in the US culture
  • Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
  • The ability to work an 8-hour shift, coinciding with the US timezone (EST)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional and on brand manner.
  • Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ad hoc tasks may include, but are not limited to: Find new social media trends
