Social Media & Community Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and meme-savvy Social Media & Community Manager to build, engage, and entertain our growing audience. You will manage our presence across Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok, while driving community interaction through fun content, bonuses, contests, and giveaways.

• 1+ year of experience in social media or community management (crypto or iGaming).
• Strong knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent sense of humor and ability to create memes and viral content.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for crypto, gaming, or online entertainment communities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with influencer outreach or community ambassador programs.
• Familiarity with social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
• Previous experience moderating or growing large communities.

• Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content (posts, memes, reels, stories) for Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Build and nurture an active and loyal community through regular interaction and creative campaigns.
• Plan and execute contests, giveaways, and community events to boost engagement.
• Share and promote bonuses, promotions, and updates in a fun and on-brand way.
• Monitor social channels and community sentiment, escalating feedback to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand messaging.
• Stay on top of social trends, crypto/iGaming news, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Report on key metrics (follower growth, engagement, community activity).
