We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead our event-driven marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement through webinars, podcasts, conferences, and onsite events.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in field marketing or event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution and lead generation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
- Attributes: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for webinars, podcasts, conferences, and onsite events that align with Truv's marketing and sales objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize event impact.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for events, including speaker presentations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and event organizers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for all field marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
